I’m looking for a recipe for big soft peanut butter cookies. Every recipe I have tried they end up flat and hard/crunchy. My boyfriend’s birthday is coming up and he loves soft peanut butter cookies. HELP! My trick with cookies is to put them in a sealed container while they are still some what warm, it usually keeps em soft.
