How to make an edible fruit flower arrangement?
I once took a class on fruit and veggie arrangements. Its been years. The one thing that was stressed was uniformity of the pieces. I love those edible arrangements and have sent a few as gifts. That is what you will notice in thier pictures. Uniformity. Get a melon baller, the two ended one. Buy a shart small paring knife. If I were going to make one, I would simply find one I liked and copy to the best of my ability. The guests will be ooowed and aaaawhed over your creation, even if you feel it does not hold up to the store made ones. Whatever is in season, and edible right at the time you are going to make, is the fruit to use. Star Fruits I think are in season now, and those can add dazzle to your creation too!
