How to Make a Solar System Model
To make a solar system model you will need a cardboard circle, construction paper, scissors, tape, string, pencils, crayons or markers and a compass to make the circles. Using the compass draw circles around the cardboard circle to represent the orbits of the planets. Punch a hole in the center and in each of the lines you drew for a total of 10 holes. Cut the shapes of the planets from construction paper, color them accordingly and thread a piece of string through them.
