How to make a rainbow flashy picture?
go to www.lunapic.com select your picture make sure you cick maximum canvas size to be 1000×1000 so it wont shrink your pic upload your pic hover your mouse over where it says “animation” click on color cycle animation and on the next page where it says: List colors, separated by commas add all the colors you want your pic to have when you add all the colors click creat animation save the pic and you’re done hope this helps!!
