How to Make a Peach Cobbler?

For a perfect peach cobbler every time, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get one box of rolled dough. Smooth one of the two dough portions into a 2 quart pyrex bowl covering the bottom and sides evenly, place in oven and lightly brown, remove and cool for 5 minutes. Open 3 large cans of sliced cling peaches, drain and pour 1 can into the cooled bowl. Add 1 c. sugar and 1/4 c. butter, add the second can of peaches, sugar and butter, then the third can of peaches, sugar and butter. Add 1/4 c. flour to the last sugar mixture, then sprinkle 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon on top. Place remaining pie crust on pie and crimp edges of top and bottom crust to keep juices in. With the tines of a fork punch holes in the top crust, bake in oven for 45 minutes or until top crust is browned.
