How to make a gantt chart using publisher?
You can do charts directly in Publisher using the chart layout slide (right button of mouse on a slide down to slide layout then scrolling down the right pane that appears. I don’t know what the default setting for the type of chart is, usually Column (upright bar) but you may already have changed it by default, but in any case, once you have put your figures in to create the chart, you can then double click to change the type. However, though this chart is based on Excel, Excel itself does NOT have a specific Gantt type chart but you can use a stacked column. Alternatively, I believe there is some free software you can download to create a specific gantt chart but I don’t know how reliable/safe they are.
