How to make a compost pile at home?

0

The best way to make a compost pile at home is to get some lattice from your local hardware store or lumbar yard and use this for the back, front, side and sections. A compost pile should have 3 sections. The front should be removable, either as a whole or doors. The three sections should contain newly added composable materials, semi-composted materials and fully composted materials. All 3 sections should be turned weekly. In addition, as the the newly added compostable materials section begins to become more compostable, it half of it should be moved to the semi-compostable materials section. And then as the semi-compostable materials section become much much more composted, then it should be transferred to the fully compostable section. Unless there is a very large amount added weekly, these transfers will typically not occur more than once a month.
