A really easy cheese ball to make is with cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and nuts. Soften two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese and add 1 package of ranch dressing mix. Mix it up well and form into a ball. Roll the ball in chopped walnuts or almonds to entirely cover the outside.
