There isn’t really a quick fix for losing weight, but you will lose weight according to how hard you work at it. You don’t have to have a membership to a gym because you can do a lot of exercises at home with your body weight. 

Here are some tips you should start out with:

– Replace soda with water and reduce fat in coffees you may drink

– If you don’t have a lot of endurance, start out by going on a walk every day. You can even take a friend with you

– Take a safe fat burner (preferably a non stimulant one you can find at a nutrition store or amazon with a lot of clinical trials and reviews)

– Eat a healthy diet
