How to lose the holiday weight?
I know some basic changes you could make to get back into a healthier weight range buttt you must not think of it as a diet. Once you have the right weight again and go back to former eating habits the weight will come right back. Think lifestyle change :S lol 1. Make either your breakfast or lunch the main meal of the day. Tea should only be a light meal [try less carbs at tea time] 2. Dont snack between meals. It isnt neccesary unless you do a lot of serious execise [e.g training for competitions or high level fitness]. 3. Go walking/bike riding/swimming/whatever you want about four times a week [at least 45 min if walking and about half an hour for everything else] and if you have time go more often! If fitness isnt your think then dont make it scheduled or strict just make sure you exercise x amount of times every week. 4. If you skip exercise then make up for it later.
