Losing more than 2lbs per week is too much, it usually invloves doing something unnatural and unhealthy. Did you know that one pound of muscle will help you burn 50 calories per day? Then think what 6 pounds of muscle can do for you per day!!! Do a strength training workout 3 times per week (E.g; Mon, Wed & Fri) always have a day off between strangth training workouts so your muscles can heal, that’s how they grow. Also put all your daily caloric intake into what you eat and not what you drink; so drink lots of water, (sugarless) tea, green tea, coffee. And for your meals try to eat as much fiber as you can; it’ll keep you feeling full. Have 3 meals low in carbs; (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) AND Have 3 protein based snacks in between meals.
