The only reason I say next to impossible is because it can be done, at great personal cost and it’s potentially life threatening. Basically you would put yourself in the hospital as the body is not designed to work that way. To put it into perspective you’d have to burn a net 35,000 calories in 7 days meaning you’d burn 5000 net calories per day. Even if you were to do high impact interval training, burning 1000 calories an hour, you’d still need to do this for 5 hours a day. Then as you haven’t eaten yet, you’d have to refuel which takes away from the calories you’ve burned which means you’d wind up having to do another 2 hours of training. You’d wind up burning muscle as fuel as well as fat to accomplish this and eventually your body would just give up and say “fark you, I’m on strike”. So don’t even try, you’ll only regret it later.
