How to look up NHS Surgeons Ratings, UK ?

0

You can look at star ratings for individual hospitals and individual departments (surgery, medicine, mental health etc) by going to the department of health website. You cannot look at star ratings for individual staff members, they do not exist. Staff performance as a practitioner is confidential information and covered by the data protection act. You can only assume if the Practitioner has a license to practice, which they have to work hard for, they are a safe practitioner. Misconduct gets their license revoked and they would NOT be employed by the NHS. Staff in the NHS are a very safe ticket becuase they are so heavily scrutinised and assessed, most have to pay annual fees to practice.
