If you would like to identify who is responding for your survey invitation, append a cid tag when you email the survey link. Example survey link with a customer identifier is: http://ecustomersurvey.com/dsm/ViewSurvey.do?id=dadae0b9-8cd7-48a5-b340-913746842ef8&cid=abcd123 we have appended &cid=. When the respondent uses this link to take the survey we will save this cid value along with the response data. You can click on the “Browse Responses” button on the Responses sub tab and sort the responses by customer id (cid) to locate the value you have entered for the cid. Now you can view this response by clicking the search icon. • How to view a response of a particular person? To view response of a particular invitation to take survey, click on the responses tab of a survey then click on the “Browse Responses” button. You will see all the responses in a table. Click on the search icon of a particular response that you are interested in. If you have sent the su
