How to lighten dark brown hair, brown with red highlights to light brown?
I had my hair dyed and my natural hair color is dark brown. I asked them to dye my hair light brown with no red Highlights. It came out almost black. I was upset so they remade my hair more by stripping the color out, then redying a lighter shade. Now, instead of being black is a dark brown but with red highlights. So I never got what I originally wanted which is a light brown. I can not get off my forehead and scalp. What color do I Redy my hair myself on the counter later. Should I use cold or warm color? Is there a shampoo that can alleviate that have some too?
