How to lay turf and preperation?
this is not as easy as it sounds but this would be my advice remove all the concrete, make sure the ground is level,put down soil approx 6-12 inches of soil make sure no weeds etc then put covering of topsoil about few inches to give good base for lawn then use the best quality turf you can afford make sure plot is raked even water and once lawn is down be prepared to water twice a day once if it rains this is important for lawn to bed in I have just done exactly this on a plot twice this size good luck
