Right click on the dock button you want to make the link to your Hotmail account and go to Dock Entry Properties. You will see a text box titled Link. Go to your hotmail account using IE, Firefox, whatever you use and copy the URL of your hotmail account. Paste the URL into the Link text box. Then click OK and you should be done.
