Eligible institutions are those recognised as such by the relevant authorities of their country. In case of doubt, the institution or the ministry in charge of education/training in the country can be contacted. The Alßan websites include a list of eligible HEI, in the European Union and in Latin America, that are maintained by the European Commission – EuropeAid Co-operation Office.
