How to Kill Moss
The first thing that one needs to do when attempting to kill moss is to clear the moss from the area. The second step in killing moss is to use a chemical solution in which one of the active ingredients is sodium hydroxide. This is the safest way possible to kill moss especially if the moss is growing on a surface such as a roof or sidewalk because chlorine or bleach will actually damage the surface.
