How to integrate library competencies in classroom assignments?
• Open your browser window and type in the following URL: http://sac.edu/library, which will lead you to the Nealley Library website. • There will be 12 links on the left side of this page. Please your cursor over Tutorials. Choose Information Competency. • You will now see a total of eight Information Competency tutorials. Simply select a tutorial by placing your cursor over any one. • There will be a gray “next” arrow at the top and bottom of each following web page to help you navigate through the tutorial. • Once you reach the end of the tutorial, you will now have an opportunity to practice what you have learned by taking the quiz that follows. • Read each question and select the correct answer by clicking on what you think is the correct answer. Answer all the questions. • At the end of the quiz you may fill in the blanks for your name, your Instructor’s name and the class name. • To receive your results of the quiz, click on the “Finish” button.
