Hi, Recently I bought Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop. I am trying to install USB modem from TATA Photon plus and MTS MBlaze but non of these works. The service provider asked me to keep off the firewall and stop the antivirus, I followed all instructions. The modem is getting installed correctly but not getting connected to internet. In case of TATA it says either network is not connected or the device is unplugged. Any help for finding the solution for this issue would be greatly appreciable.
