How to install the latest drivers and check the online support using VAIO Care?
Solution 1 1. Launch VAIO Care and click VAIO Support menu. 2. Make sure that the system is connected to the internet. Click the Online Support link and select the country that you are located in. 3. The support link will be shown on the system and key in your model. You will be able to download all the drivers and utilities for the system from the support web site. Solution 2 4. Launch VAIO Care and click One Click Care menu. 5. Click the Run One Click Care button. 6. Once done, a report will be shown. 7. Go to the Update tab and click the VAIO update link. The link will launch VAIO Update and you will be able to update the entire patch which is available for the system. Solution 3 8. Go back to VAIO Care main menu. 9. Click the Recovery & Restore menu. 10. Click the Launch VAIO Recovery link. When VAIO Recovery Center starts, click the Reinstall Programs or Drivers link.
