How to install Casters on Kolcraft Tender Vibes Bassinet?
I got the link from Kolcraft to the instruction manuel for Kolcraft Tender Vibes 18189 (bassinet) and the casters should have already been attached to the leg tubing. I do understand what you are say and that to caster that goes into the tubbing can’t be forced into the tube itself. It should be able to be placed in ‘snuggly’ not with high resistence. Don’t get too fustrated doing this and see if you can return the product. Show customer service that the caster can not go into the tubing properly and you want your money back or would like it assembled for you.
