How to increase employee performance by influencing motivation?
The aim of the presentation was to provide participants with information on the possibilities of measuring and assessing employee levels of motivation and stimulation in relation to the performance of individuals and the organisation. The presentation was aimed at participants who: • manage a company whose falling performance is accompanied by negative effects relating to human resources and which requires fundamental changes in the employee stimulation system. • manage a company where the quality of work, individual productivity and performance, the willingness to take on responsibility, the level of creative input and solutions, employee discipline and loyalty and the level of relations have demonstrably fallen. • manage a company where absence levels, fluctuations, bureaucracy and open dissatisfaction have demonstrably increased.
