How to Import Old Address Book From Webmail to Google Apps • Visit https://websec.it.siu.edu/util/google_oldaddr.html • Login with your Network ID and Password • Download Sample Address Book in CSV format • Manually copy First name, Last name, e-mail address, etc from the list presented to you after logging into the address book retreival page into the approiate columns in the speardsheet • After you have copied all contact information over save the file as address_book.csv • File -> Save As -> Select Comma Seperated Value from dropdown box “Save As Type” • Login to Google Apps and click on “Contacts” under your folder list • In the top right of the Contacts page is the option to “Import” • Click the “Browse” button to find the CSV file you created • OPTIONAL- Select a group or set to create a new group for imported contacts • Click “Import” This should complete the process.
