A. The program comes with several pre-defined ASCII data formats, located in C:\DeepInsight\HistoricalData\ and C:\DeepInsight\UpdateData\. Please open them with NotePad and compare with your own data. If your data has a different format, you can not use these pre-defined formats. Instead, you need go to File | Add Historical Data Format to add one that matches your own. For details, please read the manual chapter – Import Daily Data | Add Historical Data File Format.
