A. The program comes with several pre-defined ASCII data formats, located in C:\DeepInsight\HistoricalData\ and C:\DeepInsight\UpdateData\. Please open them with NotePad and compare with your own data. If your data has a different format, you can not use these pre-defined formats. Instead, you need go to File | Add Historical Data Format to add one that matches your own. For details, please read the manual chapter – Import Daily Data | Add Historical Data File Format. To import data, go to menu File | Import Historical Data from Files. Historical Data: one stock per file, import stock by stock. Current Data: one day per file containing all stocks, import once a day. Q.
