Go through the following steps to import compressed PST file in Microsoft Outlook and access its contents: • Open Microsoft Outlook application. • Select Import and Export option on the File menu. • Select Import from another program or file option in Import and Export wizard, and then click Next button. • In the Import a File dialog box, select Personal Folder File (PST) and click Next button. • Click Browse button to select PST file. • Choose appropriate option in Options dialog box and click Next button. • Select the folder that you want to import in Import Personal Folders dialog box and click Finish button.
