Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a highly prevalent psychological problem of children with as much as 5-10% of school going children suffering from it (The Britannica Encyclopedia, 1999.).Although no definite statistics were found, recent studies point to a significant increase in incidences of ADHD in India, but the ignorance surrounding it is worse (India Today, 2000.).
