How to I obtain USGS topological maps for a county, township and land parcel in NYS?
To be honest, although I’ve used ArcGIS, I’m not entirely sure how to import the data either. But I do know that you can obtain the information you need from the USGS website. After you get the data, you can either use the help function in ArcGIS to help you get the data into the program, or you might be able to use the customer service of either ArcGIS or USGS.
