How to I get the the Eau Claire City-County Health Department?
The Eau Claire City County Health Department is located at 720 Second Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54703 in the County Courthouse Building. From the West on I-94 From Interstate Highway 94, take exit #59. At the exit ramp, turn right onto Highway 124. Stay on Highway 124 for about three miles and take the Clairemont Avenue/Highway 12 exit. Turn right onto Clairemont Avenue. At the fifth traffic light, turn left onto Cameron Street. Follow Cameron Street to the first traffic light and turn right onto Bellinger Street. Follow Bellinger Street to the first traffic light and turn left onto Lake Street. Go approximately three blocks east on Lake Street, turn left onto Second Avenue and the Courthouse will be on the left hand side. From the East on I-94 From Interstate Highway 94, take exit #65. At the exit ramp stop sign, turn right onto Highway 37, go to the second stop light and turn left, this will be Craig Road. Go to the first signal light and turn left (Clairemont Avenue/Highway 12.)
