How to harness the energy in the ocean wave to produce electricity?
Since ocean wave carries energy, it is a potential source to generate electric energy if this wave can run a generator. Ocean wave can run a generator if it’s up and down movement can produce a continous mechanical torque to drive the generator. One method to produce such continous torque is to make an air chamber where the air pressure inside rise and fall due to the rise and fall movement of the wave. This movement of air inside the chamber can be be tapped to run the generator. Since the movement of air inside the is just blow out and blow in, the propeler that is used to tap the air is configured such that it will propel continuosly with the with movement of air. Is such way, the ocean wave can generate a electricity. There are other ways to harness the energy in the ocean waves. What I have discuss is just one way. Ocean waves is a renewable source of energy.
