Okay you can not make your hair grow faster all you can do is retain its length by taking care of theends of your hair.The average person ‘s hair grows six inches a year but alot of people can’t retain that length because they constantly damage their hair by using heat or being rough with their by swimming constantly or not conditioning properly.What i recommend for you is that you: Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner,leave in,and deep conditioner Take care of your split ends by giving them constant moisture And your hair won’t be shoulder length by the time school starts Sorry 🙁 Massage your scalp with the pads of your fingers(NOT your nails) to stimulate the hair follicles which will promote hair growth And wear protective styles such as buns and braids so that your hair is up and away and is not getting damaged by the wind rain sun or rubbing on your shirt Good luck with your hair!
