How To Grill Italian Sausage?
To grill Italian sausages you need 3 lbs. sweet or hot Italian sausage and water. In a huge bowl place the sausages and fill sufficient water to cover it. Now boil it and reduce the heat and cover it for approximately 10 minutes. Now drain the sausage completely and cut it into 3 to 4 pieces. Now grill 6 inches from a heat source for approximately 10 to 13 minutes. Now serve it with pepper and onion sauté. For the pepper and onion sauté you will require 2 tbsp. oil, 3 lb. onions, cut into fourths and 3 lb. bell peppers, red, green or yellow. In a large pan heat oil over average heat and add the onions and peppers and keep continuously stirring it. You are done with the sauté. Serve by simply arraigning the grilled sausage and the sauté.
