When grading papers you must adhere to the school’s grading system. You must also be knowledgeable in the subject in which you are grading the papers for. Use a different color ink then what is on the papers so that the person viewing their returned paper they will be able to clearly see the answers that they got wrong. Once complete be sure to go over it again and check your own work ensuring that the grade you gave is an accurate one.
