How to get to Salzburg from Munich airport?
Hi, Situated just under 300 kilometres to the west of Vienna and 150 km to the southeast of Munich, Salzburg lies in the heart of Austria and Europe. Plane Salzburg Airport (recommended) Salzburg Airport (SZG) is located just about 4 km outside the city center. Take bus number 2 (timetable) towards the “Hauptbahnhof” (the main railway station) which takes about 25 minutes.
