Ok, what you have to do is when you have got 8 badges and beaten the League, you have to go to Battle Park. Over there you will first get to Fight Area, then to Resort Area and then to Survival Area, where Mt. Stark is near. There you will meet Buck, and he/she (not very sure what gender Buck is) will steal the Magma Stone, wich she will take to Survival Area, to the house left of the Pokmon Centre. There he/she (still don’t know what gender Buck is -.-“”) will return it to Mt. Stark, where then will be a Heatran. Catch it or defeat it and then go to Battle Park. Your rival will be there (the blonde boy) and when you beat him 100 times he will give you some kinda crystal, 200 times something I forgot, and I think like 1500 times you will get Kanto, and like 2000/2500 times you will get Hoenn (with Pokmon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire inserted). You will be free to explore Kanto/Hoenn Region now!
