How to get the spin bucket out of a Hitachi washer spin dryer?

The spin bucket in the Hitachi washer spin dryer needs to come out, as I have something lodged in the drain hole, which I can’t access from the bottom of the machine. There seems to be two allen key holes in the bucket, but nothing seems to be working to get them out. Anyone out there have any idea.This is a Hitachi model PS-128P.
