How to get the snapshot from the camera when motion detection?
Before use the FTP or email to get the snapshot, you have to add the motion windows. 1. Go to Motion Detection page and add a motion window. Remember to check the “Enable motion detection” item. 2. Go to the Application page; check the schedule for when you want to send snapshots, and choose Motion trigger and send snapshots by email. Different models has different interface of the Application page, you have to check the Application page. I have added the motion window on IP7138 but the motion detection does not work. First, make sure the “Enable motion detection” item is enabled on the motion diction page. Second, please check there is no mask in the motion detection windows.
