How to get the perfect body shape for center?
Honestly I may not be the most help but I think I’ve changed my body a lot from being stick thin to on the road to definition, I hope. Hope this helps. I don’t think you’re too young. I’m sure it’d be useful and benefit you to maybe start off doing something that you can improve on and get better at over time. I think weight lifting and even sit-ups and press-ups can be effective. That’s what I do. I don’t know a lot about what rugby players need for their bodies. But I think I’ve really benefited from a regime of weights and push-ups and sit-ups. But at the end of the day, we all have different bodies and it’s about what works best for you and what gets results, as well as how you feel. I don’t want you to overdo it, especially being so young, which I know isn’t always great to hear. Advice I’d been told is to set personal targets and aims, start off maybe with a small rep of dumb bells or number of press-ups and get used to that until you feel your body is getting comfortable with it
