When we first got our fridge, the Flex Zone drawer pulled out as far as the freezer drawer, allowing access to the back of the drawer. Now, however, it stops six to eight inches short of how far the freezer drawer pulls out. We can no longer reach the back of the drawer. Nothing in the drawer is blocking it. How do we fix this?
