How to get the Duplicate Marks Card?
Ans: Collect the prescribed Affidavit matter from the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU or from the nearest Study Centre and submit it on a Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- duly sworn before Notary or Magistrate. Fee for issue of a Duplicate Marks Card is Rs.300/-. Search Charge of Rs.30/- is to be paid for the delay of each year. Submit your application to the Registrar (Evaluation), KSOU, along with Affidavit and demand draft. The student needs to submit the fees through a demand draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU payable at Mysore.
