How to get rid or help Keratosis Pilaris?
You really need to have this diagnosed properly by your GP. If it is Keratosis Pilaris, there are no actual treatments, just managment, which includes; always keeping your skin moisturised and make sure your showers are never too hot, (water needs to be tepid) otherwise this is likely to cause more inflamation. You can as Ditsy suggested above try creams with Salicylic acid or urea which can be of benefit also topical retinoids such as Retin A and medicated lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids. It is one of those things that you may find will flare up from time to time.
