How to get rid of oversized bulky muscles?
Bulky muscle is built by doing low reps with high weight. Toning is when you use low weights and high reps. Losing muscle is sort of tough, but one way would be to completely stay away from high weights with low reps, do more toning, physical activity (cardio) and a healthy diet (to keep from fat building up). You could even stop working out with weights completely, but you’ll lose a lot of mass. With toning, you’ll maintain muscle but not such bulky muscle (“toned” muscle). Your muscles will never just turn to fat, or fat to muscle. They are to completely different cells. (Fat cells and muscle cells). What happens is that you burn fat cells for energy and you use that energy to build muscle after working out. So you don’t have to wait for your muscle to turn to fat, because it wont. Try the above methods, maybe only going to the gym for weight training (again only toning) once or twice a week but cardio 4-5 times a week.
