To get rid of dandelions you will need to have a healthy yard. The grass keeps the sun from the dandelion seeds so they don’t grow. If you already have dandelions then mow often so they won’t bloom and cause more plants. You will need to dig them up and make sure you get the whole root. You can also try pooring boiling water over them. As a last resort garden store do have a weed killer for dandelions, but be careful as it could also kill your grass.
