It will fade over time, but there is no solution that will remove the paint remover from the wood, as it has absorbed into the wood’s cells. The reason, the acrylic paint remover is not water soluble. You could continue to work up to heavier solvents, but you would probably only succeed in staining your deck more. You can sand off the top layer of wood, but you will want to do this to the whole surface of the deck, so it will look even. You could also simply replace the individual planks in the deck which are stained. Your choice.
