Most voice files are copyrighted and not free. And they are not allowed to be distributed with our software. If users PCs have installed other voice software, such as Windows Office, Dragon Naturally Speaking and Natural Reader, it is very possible that the PC has already had several good quality voices. We recommend AT&T Natural Voice, order different voices from http://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=3961-6&affiliate=456543. Those natural voices are of much better quality than free ones. And they work for both XP and Vista. All the voices in the Examples Page use AT&T Natural Voice. Note that, ArticleToSWF is compatible with SAPI5 voice files only.
