How to get bigger arms and slimmer legs??
Well, if people are telling you that you are too thin, perhaps your body image is a bit distorted. I,too, am bigger on the bottom than on top (XS on top, S or M on bottom). I’ve found I need to increase the weight I lift. Free weights do better work than machines. Cardio is good for keeping my lower body toned, but I cannot ever have skinny legs. Keep doing weight resistance for your legs to define muscles, but not too heavy so you build muscles and add to the bulk. Unfortunately, my dear, you sound like you have a pear-shaped body type when you want a boy-shaped body type. Work on finding what you DO like about your body (shoulders are cool, small waist is fun) and accent it. You are limited in how you can change what has been God-given. Do some work on your shoulders to balance the top and the bottom. Defined shoulders are sexy, I’ve been told!
