How to get around school blocks on the computer?

I’m not going to give the usual lecture about following the rules at your school. Screw that, but I will say this: If you’re in the habit of using your school’s computers for activities they’re not intended for (learning), then what do you suppose you’ll start doing when you get a job where web sites are blocked? You can prepare yourself to be a more valuable employee by developing good work habits now. Your career is currently learning. Your job is currently student. Learn to separate your job from your personal life. Go to MySpace and YouTube at home. Learn at school. I don’t care about your school’s rules, but those habits will serve you well for the rest of your career.

www.anonymouse.org is the only one I can think of but it’s probably blocked on school networks. When I was at school, me and my “gang” used to go to online translators (Google, for example) and translate the pages from English to English. It was a bit iffy but it was OK for most things. However, we then went on to making our own proxy portals hosted on ripway.com sites. Unfortunately, I no longer remember where the code is for making one of these.
