How to get amazing heel stretches and scorpains for cheer stunts?
well first of all in a heel stretch you should be standing on your right leg and holding up your left which would mean you would need to have your left split pretty much prefect to be able to do a heel stretch. next would be balance you must be able to stay balanced while pulling any stretch in the air. for scorpions i would suggest back bends and try to get your hands and feel as close as possible then have someone hold your back leg up in a scorpion and stretch it out for you until you can hold it up high on your own.
