Viscom Does not handle the invoice or any other billing information. If you need a new copy of your invoice please contact ShopNBC for further assistance in this matter. You can contact them via phone at: 1-800-676-5523. You can visit their website at www.shopnbc.com Click on My Account and print out the Invoice. (Note if you have not purchased anything off their website before you will have to register a account with your customer number and phone number). If you’re trying to get your rebate from Lexmark, you will need you ShopNBC invoice.
